We are aware of an issue with StrongMind that is currently caused by Eero brand routers blocking our primary courseware domain, isucceed.strongmind.com. On the user's end, it may look like a "refused to connect" error. We have found a solution that requires you to use the Eero app to adjust settings on your home router. Below are the steps needed, with pictures, to do so.
Here are the links to the Eero app for your phone:
Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eero.android&hl=en
Apple App Store: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/eero-home-wifi-system/id1023499075?ls=1&mt=8
Step 1: Open the eero app and find the “discover” button at the bottom of the screen
Step 2: Locate and select the “eero Plus” option
Step 3: Locate the “Block & Allow Sites” Option under Advanced Settings
Step 4: Click the “Add Allowed Site” button located at the bottom of the screen
Step 5: For the domain, enter “isucceed.strongmind.com”, allow for your network, and check the reason for allowing as “inaccurate block”
Step 6: Click the “Add Alias” button to add the StrongMind servers to the allow list
If the issue persists, please submit a tech ticket for us to investigate further.
