I need to return a school-loaned laptop, how do I do this?

You can return the laptop one of two ways:

1. You can return the laptop to us at our Boise office during our normal office hours

2. We can send you a prepaid shipping label to send the device back to us. If you'd like a label, please submit a tech ticket, and include information on if it works better for us to send it to you via email for you to print, or if you would need the label mailed. If you would like it mailed, please let us know the best address to send it to.
