Our provider experienced an outage late last night causing issues on the student web portal. This included issues with displaying workbooks, quizzes, assignments, and a 500 website unavailable error.
If you are continuing to have problems with the student portal, please refer to the chrome cache clear instructions below. This is important as it forces your chrome to load the newest version of the student portal and will allow you to get working as normal again!
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More .
Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
Open Chrome and login to the student portal.
