If your StrongMind password creation or reset email has expired, no worries! Here's a quick guide on how to get it reset:
- Open your web browser to isucceed.strongmind.com
- To the right of the "Password" header, click on "Forgot password?"
- Enter your school email (This is the email assigned to you by our school that will end in @isucceedvhs.net)
- Click the "Recover Account" button.
- Open your school Gmail account at mail.google.com
- Make sure you are on your school-assigned email account
- Look for a new email from StrongMind with the subject "Account Recovery Request"
- Inside this email, click the "Reset Password" Button
- You will then be prompted on a new webpage to set a new password for your StrongMind account.
- Click the "Save Password" button, and you will then be prompted to log into StrongMind using this new password.
- If you have any further issues signing in, submit a Tech Support Ticket with us.
- When submitting a ticket here, please be sure to include as many details about your tech issue as possible to help us with determining the problem more quickly and resolving the request.
