Forgot your StrongMind Username or Password? Here's What to do.

If your StrongMind password creation or reset email has expired, no worries!  Here's a quick guide on how to get it reset:

• Open your web browser to isucceed.strongmind.com
• To the right of the "Password" header, click on "Forgot password?"
• Enter your school email (This is the email assigned to you by our school that will end in @isucceedvhs.net)
• Click the "Recover Account" button.
• Open your school Gmail account at mail.google.com
  • Make sure you are on your school-assigned email account
• Look for a new email from StrongMind with the subject "Account Recovery Request"
• Inside this email, click the "Reset Password" Button

• You will then be prompted on a new webpage to set a new password for your StrongMind account.
• Click the "Save Password" button, and you will then be prompted to log into StrongMind using this new password.
• If you have any further issues signing in, submit a Tech Support Ticket with us.
